This is an introductory course about Past Lives Regression (PLR) for those who want to know more about this way of healing without completing a formal training.

This 20 hours course includes 5 lessons. During the lessons, participants will review the fundamentals of PLR, the basic regression technique, the healing steps to resolve traumatic events from past lives, life in the womb and the experience of birth, as well as how to perform anamnesis (initial interview) according to PLR.

Each lesson includes a theoretical and a practice section. During the practice section of the lesson, Dr. Cabouli will perform a regression for teaching purposes on a person chosen by a random drawing of a participant name.

• Introduction: basic premise of Past Lives Regression (PLR)
• The timeless dimension of the soul, conscience entrapment, and the concept of multiple simultaneity.
• Experience excluded from the conscience, responsible experience and traumatic experience
• Symptom: the way to access the experience excluded from the conscience

Lesson 2

• Basic Regression Technique
• Healing work for traumatic experiences
• How to conduct a healing session

Lesson 3

• The experience of death
• Healing work for different traumatic death experiences

Lesson 4

• Life in the womb and the experience of birth.
• The influence of emotions, maternal believes and external events in the psyche of the fetus.
• Healing work for events that can occur during birth, such as C-section, general anesthesia, forceps and nuchal cord, amongst others.

Lesson 5

• Anamnesis in PLR: initial interview conducted by a therapist or healer, and how this differs from the classic clinical history.
• Commands and promises: Positive or negative affirmations which can program behaviors at the subconscious level.
• Group exercise performed by Dr. José Luis Cabouli, M.D.
